Dye-check all toilets for water leaks
Test water pressure to prevent damage to pipes and fixtures
Inspect temperature & pressure relief valve, and test for proper operation

Inspect drainage system for proper operation
Inspect hot & cold water supply lines for leaks
Visually inspect tub/shower grout for a water-tight seal
