Annual Plumbing Inspection Includes:
- Dye-check all toilets for water leaks.
- Test water pressure to make sure you’re not risking damage to supply piping and fixtures.
- Inspect temperature & pressure relief valve, and test for safe and proper operation.
- Inspect water heater(s) for safe & proper operation.
- Inspect drainage system for proper operation.
- Inspect hot & cold water supply lines for leaks.
- Visually inspect tub/shower grout for water-tight seal.
- Check all sink traps for leaks.
- Check condition of washing machine hoses and valves.
- Check all hose bibs for proper operation.
- Inspect exposed water piping for corrosion and electrolysis.
- Inspect exposed gas piping for corrosion.
- Visually inspect crawl space/basement for water/sewer leaks and standing water.
- Optional service: For an additional $250.00, we will perform a video inspection of the sewer to inspect for root intrusion, breaks, or any other defect which could lead to back-ups or blockages. HPP customers will receive a 10% discount. (This service requires an accessible, ground-level cleanout.)
At the time of your annual plumbing inspection, you’ll also receive one free can of Bio-Clean, a natural drain treatment to help prevent your drains from backing up. Our technician will demonstrate proper application.
Annual AC Inspection Includes:
- Check thermostat for proper operation.
- Monitor system during start-up.
- Check and record unit supply voltage.
- Check and record compressor’s running load amps.
- Check and record indoor fan’s running load amps.
- Check and record refrigerant levels, temperatures and pressures.
- Clean and inspect condenser coils.
- Inspect drain pan and condensate drain, and check for proper operation.
- Inspect electrical connections.
- Inspect belts for wear and tightness.
- Inspect unit for foreign debris.
- Check duct system for proper air-flow.
- Inspect indoor and outdoor units for proper clearances.
- Install owner-furnished air filter.
Annual Furnace Inspection Includes:
- Check thermostat for proper operation.
- Monitor system during start-up.
- Check and record unit supply voltage.
- Test furnace safety controls.
- Inspect gas piping and venting for safe and proper operation.
- Inspect heat exchanger for safe and proper operation.
- Check and record indoor fan’s running load amps.
- Inspect drain pan and condensate drain, and check for proper operation.
- Inspect electrical connections.
- Inspect belts for wear and tightness.
- Inspect unit for foreign debris.
- Check duct system for proper air-flow.
- Inspect equipment for proper clearances.
- Install owner furnished air filter.
