- Inspect drainage system for proper operation.
- Inspect hot & cold water supply lines for leaks.
- Visually inspect tub/shower grout for water-tight seal.
- Check all sink traps for leaks.
- Check condition of washing machine hoses and valves.
- Check all hose bibs for proper operation.
- Inspect exposed water piping for corrosion and electrolysis.
- Inspect exposed gas piping for corrosion.
- Visually inspect crawl space/basement for water/sewer leaks and standing water.
Sewer Video Inspection
For an additional $250.00, we also will use a specially designed video camera to inspect your underground sewer lines. New or existing home, you don’t want a sudden blockage or cracked pipe to turn your life upside down, at least temporarily. If you’re an Eagle Home Protection Plan customer, you’ll receive a 10% discount.*
At the time of your annual plumbing inspection, you’ll also receive one free can of Bio-Clean, a natural drain treatment to help prevent your drains from backing up. Our technician will demonstrate proper application.
